Return and Order Cancellation Policy –
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. Un-opened un-used item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.

Sales Tax –
Cole Safety Products does not charge sales tax on orders that are shipped outside of the state of Kentucky. Shipments within the state of Kentucky are assessed sales tax. Shipping charges in Kentucky are taxable.

Shipping –
Cole Safety Products ships all orders United States Priority Mail. Delivery time is approximately 3 - 5 days. If a different shipping method is needed, please notify us.
