Can I make shampoo using liquid glycerin as the base?

Hi,

We are trying to make shampoo but just discovered that instead of shampoo base we have a gallons worth of liquid glycerin. Is there a recipe for making shampoo with liquid glycerin as the base or is it just not possible?
