I will edit that recipe to say that the lard needs to be melted under medium heat before putting it in the blender. That should help clarify the recipe. Thanks,

: Hi! I tried a blender soap recipe recently, and I think I can help you out here. Lard is a bit of a gross thing to work with. Before you can add it to a blender recipe, you need to heat it until it is liquid. NOT hot.. just melted. I add the melted or liquid fats to the blender first, then gently pour the lye solution. Works like a charm! I love blender soaps!
