This is the first time I've made soap. (Im having fun)This is my problem. Making Tallow Soap (books name Natural Beauty at Home (Janice Cox) the bottle of lye I brought said net wt 18oz. THe reciepe calls for 13oz lye. When I poured the Lye into measuring cup it went to 13oz> (great I thought)made my soap looks great till I go to cut crumbles, has a lye film on top what can i do. can it be use for floor cleaning instead of body cleaning dont want to throw out. HELP
