Lime and Red rolls of this material are often used to create chevron striping on fire trucks and fire apparatus as well as chevron stripes on utility vehicles, vans, emergency vehicles, tow trucks, emergency roadside service vehicles, and much more. One of the unique properties of our Flexible Engineer Grade reflective tape is its ability to stretch, especially when heated. This extreme conformability makes it possible to use flexible engineer grade tape on more surfaces. Uneven surfaces, compound curves, ridges and more are often not a problem with Flexible Engineer Grade Type 1 reflective by Nikkalite. Our Flexible Engineer Grade Type 1 reflective tapes are self adhesive, meaning they have an adhesive backing protect by a release liner. To apply, simply peel off the backing, apply, and press on with a soft cloth or squeegee. These tapes adhere very well and stay on for a long time.
